My Wireless Mouse isn't Working!? - hp 5187urf2
I have an HP model 5187URF2 + wireless mouse. The batteries are new, I pressed the connect button again and again. However, if you move the mouse, the cursor will not work. The light is on ... I do not know what the problem is. Perhaps something in there? I do not know. Please help!
